  • Build a floating city: Plan to expand your city by placing floating platforms that connect to each other.   • Manage a growing population: The population of your city will constantly grow! Manage levels of happiness and nutrition to keep your settlers alive.   • Explore your mighty city: In this ocean world there are resources and floating garbage that you can use, but they will not always be found on your way. - Daily Growth clamped to 2% of population (5 max per day)
- Celebrate Life disables the Daily Growth clamp
- New Villager Growth clamped at 300 population - can be unlocked (for now) in Laws panel
- New villager starting stats lowered
- Villagers dying from old age disabled
- Older villagers walk slower, can't contribute to New Villager Growth
- Extreme Pop Control selects oldest villagers first
- Villagers with low Happiness walk slower
- Allow Villager Growth law (default on), villagers lose extra Happiness per day if turned off.
